not exactly as shown on pictures. On the pictures the yellow part is made out of one piece and is therefore smooth on the inside.
The yellow part on the delivered item consists of multiple parts (to have a flat package during shipping) that have to be assembled, this creates an edge where mice can hang on to to prevent falling down the bucket.
